We have profiled the competencies associated with recruiting, and will leave it to the world of recruiting to shape and mold those competencies here.
Each competency group are listed below, and within each are any number of competencies – usually 4 to 8. We only listed a few here (5) – we have 21 groups of competencies for recruiters that are for our customers, but we want to see the world shape this.
We know there are lots of systems out there – and its not surprising that you may have seen something like this before. This is just a starting point. If you have seen other recruiting competencies like this before – let us know about them.
