Adaptability
We suggest that Adaptability is an important competency required for most recruiters. Adaptability is a key competency as it explores the importance maintaining effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities, and people.
Competencies Within Adaptability
Of the 15 competencies that are currently within Aspen’s assessment set related to Adaptability, we are suggesting that at least these 6 are relevant towards most recruiters.

Each competency can be transitioned into a question for performance evaluations or interviews. As an example, a question related to #2 could be – “What types of bosses have been the most difficult to work for? Give examples. How did you adjust your work habits to be effective?”
