Attention to Detail
The dimension of Attention to Detail is required for most recruiters. The reason Attention to Detail is important is that it determines how candidates accomplish tasks through concern for all areas involved, no matter how small. They show concern for all aspects of the job, accurately checking processes and tasks and maintaining watchfulness over a period of time.
Competencies Within Attention to Detail
Of the 17 competencies that are currently within Aspen’s assessment set related to Attention to Detail, we are suggesting that at least these 7 are relevant towards most recruiters.

Each competency can be transitioned into a question for performance evaluations or interviews. As an example, below is a question related to #7 could be — “Tell me about a time when you had to edit someone else’s tools because they were ineffective. How did you go about it?”
